Motel Rooms

Small fridges and microwaves in each room to tide you over til the morning rush of breakfast. (food and beverages not included)
We have 14 rooms (12 standard rooms and 2 apartments).
The standard room has a double bed and one set of bunk beds, sleeping 3-4 people. It is air conditioned and has a private bathroom.
The apartment has two sets of bunk beds, sleeping four people. It has a full size refrigerator, kitchenette, dining table, couch and chair, along with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The kitchenette is supplied with dishes, utensils, and cookware.
RESERVATIONS POLICY:

DUE TO THE NUMBER OF GROUPS BOOKING THE ENTIRE HOTEL, HOLDING THE ROOMS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, AND THEN CANCELLING A NUMBER OF ROOMS AT THE LAST MINUTE, DEALS GAP MOTORCYCLE RESORT HAS CHANGED IT’S POLICY:
If you wish to book blocks of rooms in the hotel for a group, you MUST confirm your reservations 60 days in advance. 60 days prior to arrival, your group will be charged for all rooms, payable before any room keys will be issued.
It is unfortunate that we have had to implement such a policy, but groups have taken advantage of our current policy that does not require a deposit, but was based on trust.
If booking for the upcoming season, we will also require a 50% deposit 60 days prior to the event (non-refundable) with the balance due the first day of the event.
Because we have such a limited space, as well as the number of calls we get for reservations, we have to provide everyone an opportunity to be able to book rooms, and we are unable to do it with groups grossly misjudging the number of rooms they need.
Rates:
$59.99 a night (double occupancy)
regular room
+ $10 per person for each additional person.
$79.99 a night (double occupancy) apartment
+ $10 per person for each additional person.
Trailer Parking:
Trailer parking is available, and there is a loading ramp
for your use.
Camping
Tent camping is available on a first come, first serve basis, no reservations are required.
Rates are $12/tent for two people in the tent. There is a charge of $6 for each additional person.
We have two sets of bath houses available for your use.
Limited power sources are available at $6/day.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate RV's or other large campers, but smaller pull behind campers or trailers are OK.
