We offer a motel and camping facilities, plus a restaurant and store, right on the Dragon—everything the Dragon Slayer needs for a great stay. Plus, we now have tennis available! We only accept reservations over the phone. No emails or phone messages are accepted. 800-889-5550 ( US and Canada only) 828-498-2231 (Outside US).
DUE TO THE NUMBER OF GROUPS BOOKING THE ENTIRE HOTEL, HOLDING THE ROOMS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, AND THEN CANCELLING A NUMBER OF ROOMS AT THE LAST MINUTE, DEALS GAP MOTORCYCLE RESORT HAS CHANGED IT’S POLICY:

Seven (7) or more rooms booked under one person and/or group must pay 50%(non-refundable) deposit of total stay, 30 days in advance prior to arrival date. Rooms MUST be paid in full on the day of reservation arrival.
STANDARD RESERVATIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
We require that you please let us know 48 hours from your arrival date, if you wish to cancel your reservations. A "No Show", or failure to give proper cancellations, will result in the credit card on file being charged for one (1) night (depending on type of room) and all other days reserved WILL BE CANCELLED!

— Check In Time is 3:00 PM.
— Check Out Time is 11:00 AM*.
( *No late Checkout allowed due to constant motel turnaround. )
— No Guest Laundry facilities on property
— Bag of Ice provided each night of reservation.

Trailer Parking
Trailer parking is available, and there is a loading ramp for your use.
Free Range Camping
Tent camping is available on a first come, first serve basis, no reservations are required.
Rates are $12/tent for two people in the tent.
There is a charge of $6 for each additional person.
We have two sets of bath houses available for your use.
No RV’s or camping trailers of any kind.
No Pets !!!
No Guest Laundry Facilities on property.
Bag of Ice provided each night of reservation.
