Here are the pics I promised from out East NC Trip to cheery point to see some friends. Besides the 7-8 hour trip it is a neat area. Stoped by and saw the old state capital as well as a civil war post, later converted to a coastal artillery battery for WWII.

Brad, we will have to get you to New River to see the Ospreys (thanks khelton, I forgot) next time, sorry I forgot about that! We will get you down to MG's neck of the woods as well and hopefully see some of the "grunt" items! Also, don't forget about the battleship down in Wilmington and Fort Fisher......
