Thought i'd take a moment to stop and say hello.I'm anxious to soon ride the gap,but as not yet done so. I would want to try and get a feel of the roads without being a disavantage to more experienced "road carvers" than myself. Anyway enuff of boring you guys. Later,DeWayne

Early in the morning is a good time to ride it, say about 8:00. Most everyone else is either still sleeping, waking up with some coffee, or holding their head saying "don't let me be sick God, I won't drink again."

I believe I'm gonna Explore Lodging north or so from the gap so i may judge the possibility of cost and time coming to the gap. Appears to be a 3+ hour drive from here and though thats not bad, i've no desire to endure the ride there and then try keeping my Sr Arse upright thru the curves. Some of you guys i've seen pics of are doing good and i love seeing it. Sad to have so many years riding Experience on me but never mastered a good lean Technic. For the first time recently i went to some roads i knew a lil better and tried my hand at not just shifting my weight as i usually do...but also hanging a lil...but no Knee dragging!
