I had one of these babies from 1985 - 2000. I bought it a year old in 1985 (sat on showroom floor 1 year) with money I saved up flipping burgers.

Some of my friends had similar bikes (Nighthawks, V65's, etc) and they all ended up laying them down, ragging them out, and/or basically mistreating them as teenagers tend to do. Not me. I traded it in 2000 (perfect condition) for my current Shadow Spirit 1100.

Ahhhh the memories. Don't know if that'll help you sell this bike MilleArp, but I couldn't help reminiscing.... sorry.

My first bike was an abused neglected '84 V45 Magna I picked up for a grand, with helmet and old soft bags. Have fond memories here too!
