Just wondering if anyone knows a place to park a pick-up with a 14' trailer for about a week. Me and 2 others are coming down May 20-25. We want to ride all day then stop and stay overnight, get up and do it all over again for a week. We just want to take advantage of the area and don't really want to have to come back to a certain spot every night. Thanks for ant responses!!

punkin center campground i think offers parking. jody and sherry offer the greatest atmoshere i have ever seen. they are a really great couple, and run a top notch campground.

we can take a 14 footer as well. South of us is Fontana Village, Ironhorse and Kickstand lodge. All are great places run by awsome folks.....well Fontana is too big for that personal touch but still not a overall bad place.

 We will be at the Gap May 28 and need to park a pickup and a 10 ft utility trailer for a day while we ride the Dragon and a few other area roads. Is there a place at Deals Gap for this ?
There is a very large gravel parking lot that we park in on the Tenn. side. Its right at the very beginning of the draggon, something like a mile or two from the outlook. Its on the left after you pass the lake. We went on a Tuesday and other than riders turning around there, we were the only ones parked there. Hopes this helps.

:D I have a rather large pickup, quad cab with a full size bed. We will try that one, and if a no go will try the Pumpkin ctr.
