The Dragon in April

Do any of you know if there are any rallies or large gatherings at Deals Gap in April? I am planning my first visit there and would like to avoid group traffic if possible. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance, Manny

We make an annual trip to the area from NH every year in April and find The Gap absolutely wonderful on weekdays. Even then, if the weather is good, weekends are too busy for us even without events and rallies. On weekends, there's always the Cherohala Skyway for riding pleasure.

April is a great month to ride, the weather can be unpridictable in the spring, you could have alot of sun or alot of rain. But traffic is still light in the area.
