Hey towboat! I was born and raised in Tulsa, there's a few decent roads around. Nothing like the Gap of course, but lots of winding roads along the many rivers/lakes in the area.
Start with this link:

SR 10, SR 80, and SR 82 are probably about the best roads closer to Tulsa. They will lead you to the best riding in Northeast OK. Also SR 51/SR 15/SR 80 loop around the lower end of Fort Gibson Lake is pretty decent-a good warmup to the tastier roads.
SR 20 from Jay to SR 127 around Grand Lake is a pretty tasty ride though short.
Hope you make your way down to the Talimena Drive (SR 1 in OK/SR 59 in AR)- the best ride in this part of the country IMHO. Plenty of tasty roads in this neck o' the woods, but it's a long ride to do from Tulsa in 1 day.
Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, let me know. Have fun!
