trailer parking

I plan on trailering out to the gap August 21st. Is there any place available to park a pick up truck with a trailer to unload, leave them there, and ride the Dragon? Thanks, bob

My buddy parks at the bottom of the hill in a pull off. It is right about where 129 starts to get curvy and he has never had any problems at all.

You have several options for doing this. 1st their are several people who park at the bottom at one of the large pull offs and unload. Second you can do that here at the resort as well, we have a loading dock as well as places to park. Third, Pumpkin Center Camp Ground allows you to do this as well, not sure if they charge for it or not, I do not think they do.
